General terms and conditions

1. Prohibited Items

Asbestos, liquids, rubber, tyres, synthetic grass, carpet, food waste, noxious weeds and contaminated waste. Any bins found to have asbestos, regardless of the amount of asbestos in the bin means the whole bin will be deemed as contaminated in line with the EPA waste guidelines and will incur a reload fee and an additional rate of $400.00 per tonne.

2. Asbestos Bins

Asbestos demo waste bin pricing is available on request. All asbestos bins must be lined and covered with plastic. Any Asbestos soil bins must have a waste classification report supplied prior to tipping. Any bins above the tonnage limit, will be charged an additional $XX per tonne

3. Site Bins

Each site bin will incur a $50.00 delivery fee. An extra charge is applied if site bins are picked up with waste in them. An extra charge will be applied if site bins come back damaged.

4. Commercial bins

Each commercial bin will incur a delivery and pickup fee of $80.00 each way.

5. Wait Times

Wait & load bins will be given 30 minutes to load. Additional waiting time will be charged at $150.00 per hour.

6. Recycling Reports

Recycling reports will be charged $140.00 per report and will be supplied monthly on request.

7. Soil disposal

Soils can only be accepted once a waste classification report is supplied. Disposal pricing will then be confirmed subject to the WCR.
